Fort Worth (TX) native Demetrius Knox is a rising football star in the class of 2014. Knox, originally from Springfield, Ohio, has begun to garner a lot of recruiting interest from several of the top teams in the nation. Knox, at 6-foot-5 and 300 pounds, plans to be down to 290 by the time football season comes around. “Last season was the best season that I have had”, said the offensive tackle from Texas. “We came up just short and lost in the championship game. I gained a lot of experience, and our team has a lot to build off of for this upcoming season. My pass blocking has gotten a lot better but I still hope to keep improving on that area.
