Ohio State Football: Scheme Adjustments to Look for on Offense, Defense in 2012

It’s been a full year since Jim Tressel left Ohio State, and things look mighty different twelve months later.
Urban Meyer is embarking on his first year as the head coach of the Buckeyes, while quarterback Braxton Miller appears poised to explode in 2012 after a stellar freshman season.
They’ve said all offseason that they’re going to try and mimic Oregon’s up-tempo offense, which could be a dramatic change of pace for much of the Big Ten. And while it will take time for the team to get fully acclimated and Meyer will likely need another recruiting class or two to implement the required personnel, Ohio State’s offense will be a force come September.
How quickly the offense learn and excels in the massive scheme change is something we’ll find out soon enough, although Braxton Miller’s presence is enough to get excited about.
