Todd Porter: Dunn should have stayed in Columbus

The world is a cynical place. Ohio State running back Bri’onte Dunn is about to find out just how cynical.

Dunn probably had his college football career flash before his eyes over the last several days. He was pulled over late Saturday night two blocks from the Alliance Police Department for driving like he runs the football.

After the traffic stop, police found a “minute” amount of marijuana in the 2001 Dodge Stratus Dunn was driving. Dunn and his passenger, McKensey Cross, both initially were cited for drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. The marijuana pipe was not found on Dunn, Alliance City Law Director Andrew Zumbar said.
