Ohio State Football: Buckeyes’ Renewed Confidence Reaffirms Urban Meyer’s Impact

Ohio State football’s head coach Urban Meyer was brought in to take the offense to new heights, but his presence has done significantly more.
Since the start of the offseason, the team has not only focused on the offense but has changed the culture of the locker room.
All-Big Ten defensive end John Simon told ESPN’s Adam Rittenberg that he believes his Ohio State Buckeyes have “high expectations” for not only the team’s defensive unit, but for the entire team.
Yet it was DE Zach Boren’s comments in Austin Ward’s BuckeyeNation posting that told the story of the Buckeye’s offseason.
I’m actually going to say that we’ve had the best offseason in the history of college football. I honestly think we had that, because guys are pushing themselves that hard. I’ve never seen it before.
