OSU Football Recruiting: Out-of-State Guys Most Likely to Commit in 2013 Class

There’s no doubt that Urban Meyer has changed the culture of Ohio State Buckeyes football. You can see it in the eyes of the players, it’s evident in the new offensive approach, and most importantly, there’s a big fat zero in the team’s loss column.

The scary thing for the rest of the Big Ten conference is the fact that Urban Meyer hasn’t even begun to put players that he has recruited on the football field. But all of that will change very soon.

So far, the Toledo, Ohio, native has reeled in 17 top-notch recruits, putting together one of the best 2013 classes in the country. However, he of all people knows that there’s still unfinished business to attend to.

Here are the five out-of-state recruits (of the many Ohio State has targeted) who are most likely to commit to the Scarlet and Gray.
