Ohio State QB Miller taken to hospital

Ohio State quarterback Braxton Miller was taken to an on-campus hospital after leaving Saturday’s game against Purdue, according to ESPN.com. Miller was taken down hard by Purdue cornerback Josh Johnson after a 37-yard run play. The Heisman Trophy candidate stayed down for a few minutes before getting up. After being slowly led off the field, he was carted to the locker room. Ohio State did not announce what kind of injury Miller sustained. Miller was replaced by Kenny Guiton , who led the Buckeyes to a 29-22 overtime win. Guiton completed 6 of 11 passes for 77 yards with one touchdown pass and an interception. Miller was 9-of-20 passing for 113 yards with an interception and 47 yards rushing before getting hurt.
