Ohio State Football Recruiting: Sebastian LaRue and WRs Who Should Commit to OSU

Recruiting wide receivers should be effortless for Ohio State football.
Have you seen Urban Meyer’s offense? It’s been the most exciting in the NCAA for the past decade.
Sure, Meyer’s spread isn’t an ideal system to prepare a quarterback for the next level (see: Tim Tebow). But Percy Harvin sure hasn’t had trouble transitioning to an NFL offense.
Here are three stud wide outs who’ve already either visited or scheduled a visit at OSU and would be perfect for its wide-open scheme.
 
3. Shelton Gibson

Straight out of Cleveland Heights, it’d be wise for Gibson to stay local.
According to ESPN, the only others schools that he’s visited thus far are West Virginia and Kentucky. First off, the Buckeyes are a superior program to the Wildcats. And it’s also safe to say that the 5’11”, 173-pound receiver would rather catch passes from Braxton Miller next season than whoever replaces Geno Smith.
