James Clark has made it official: He has signed with The Ohio State Buckeyes.

Clark visited Florida over this past weekend, and also visited several times over the last year. When you take all that into account, this has to come as a bit of a surprise to Buckeye fans. Urban Meyer certainly looks like he’s taking over the college football world once again.
The speed that Clark possesses is almost unmatchable. A touchdown threat every time he touches the ball, the four-star prospect from New Smyrna Beach, Florida had a top three that also included the Gators and Clemson.
