When a Division-I college offers up a scholarship to a sophomore, it can be a humbling experience. When six schools have thrown out offers, it not only drives individuals to be the best, but pushes them to do just a little more. For offensive guard Martez Ivey (Apopka, Fla./Apopka), Ohio State’s offer put him on the floor. Not so much because it came from Ohio State, but that it came from a school whose coach — Urban Meyer — has won two national championships.
