JERSEY CITY, N.J. — In his long football coaching career, Rich Hansen has sent dozens of players to Division I schools, so colleges make more than just an annual stop at Jersey City (N.J.) St. Peter’s Prep. They come two, three, four or even more times every year. Cornerback Minkah Fitzpatrick has been one prospect coaches have noticed each time they come through Jersey City. The 2015 defensive back already has a handful of offers, including two from perennial Big Ten contenders, Ohio State and Wisconsin.
