Some recruits worry about depth charts when looking at prospective schools. Too much competition can scare some players away. Dante Booker (Akron, Ohio/St. Vincent-St. Mary) saw a position group that’s still young, but talented, and jumped right in. While the 6-foot-3, 215-pound Booker has always loved the in-state Ohio State Buckeyes, he’s been watching the scarlet and gray make strides at linebacker in recruiting in recent months. It was a big reason he gave his commitment on May 23.
