Senior safety C.J. Barnett, likely will not play on Saturday due to an ankle sprain. This means that the Buckeyes could have nine new starters on defense when they take the field at noon. Most likely, Senior Corey Brown, will get the start.
Barnett was fourth on the team in tackles last season with 56, and his two interceptions were second on the team. It will be interesting to see how the Buckeyes look with so many new faces on defense after struggles during last season.
