COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State basketball has yet to secure a commitment for the 2016 recruiting class, but that hasn’t stopped Buckeyes coach Thad Matta from making some moves for future classes. The 7-foot-1, 268-pound sophomore told 247Sports in October that the Buckeyes are among a growing list of schools — including Kentucky, Kansas, UConn, Florida and others — that are showing him the most interest. Brown averaged 18.4 points, 16.5 rebounds and 6.9 blocks per game as a freshman, earning MaxPreps Freshman All-American honors.
