Ohio State Football: Bruce Feldman Believes Multiple QB’s Starts For the Champs

FOX Sports Bruce Feldman has an interesting opinion. Soon there will be daily football practices in Columbus for Ohio State football, but there is still a key question to be answered. Who will be the starter for Ohio State this season? Yesterday, Fox Sports’s Bruce Feldman gave his opinion on the topic, which was an interesting one, in his Monday Mailbag article. Cardale Jones is a good pick but all three QB’s who played last season are capable of starting a whole season if healthy. I can see with any opinion regarding this topic there is no wrong answer at this time. All three QB’s has the ability to lead OSU to another Championship. To me, the wildcard in the race is Braxton Miller, the two-time Big Ten MVP who is trying to recover from shoulder injuries. Miller’s the best athlete of the bunch. Does he eventually shift to another position to get on the field in 2015? Does he eventually win back his old job? Looking at the depth of the top three QB’s for the team, I believe the decision should only be between two players, Jones and J.T. Barrett. Braxton Miller is not a QB in the NFL and would be better suited elsewhere this fall. With the athleticism at the QB position, it would be hard not to believe all three QB’s are going to play there at some point in some capacity. Understandably the decision on who will start will likely come closer to the start of week one against Virginia Tech. Jones had a very impressive run replacing Barrett and Miller, leading Ohio State to the first playoffs in college football and a national championship…
