Ohio State’s gets commit from highly-touted recruit. Nick Bosa, the highly ranked defensive end recruit from Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and brother of Ohio State star Joey Bosa, announced on Thursday via Twitter thathe has committed to play with the Buckeyes. “Just wanted to let everyone know I’m committed to THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY!!!” Nick Bosa tweeted late in the morning. The 6-foot-4, 265-pound Bosa is ranked among the top 10 players nationally by 247Sports in their 2016 composite rankings. He was long thought to be a Ohio State commitment, given his brother’s status as an All-American player, but had made unofficial visits in recent weeks to Florida State and Florida. Those trips did not sway him, however, and he decided to commit to the Buckeyes. “It’s just where I felt most comfortable,” Bosa said. “What my goals are, I think Ohio State is going to help me reach them the best of any school that I visited.
