Ohio State Football Recruiting: Nick Bosa Set to Take Over at DE for Older Brother Joey

Nick Bosa had offers from multiple other college football powerhouses, his hometown teams of Florida State and Florida included, but still ended up where everyone thought he would: Ohio State. Like Us on Facebook A defensive end, Bosa plays the same position as his older brother Joey, an All-American last season, and now the five-star high school prospect will likely take over at the position for the Buckeyes next season. Nick is a member of the class of 2016, whereas Joey is heading into his junior year and projects to be a high selection in next year’s NFL Draft. In announcing his decision, Bosa even shared an image on Twitter of his older brother placing a Buckeyes helmet on his head with the message: “Hand down the legacy.” There is a chance Joey and Nick play together next season, since the former will have another year of eligibility, but the draft will be beckoning.
