What if Miss. State had Ohio State’s Football Schedule – Maroon and White Nation

Dan Mullen’s former boss Urban Meyer is once again on top of the college football world at Ohio State, as the Buckeye’s are the defending National Champions entering the 2015 season and the consensus number-one team in the country. Mississippi State on the other hand returns a Heisman Trophy candidate in Dak Prescott at quarterback and a ton of talent themselves, but as we have seen over the offseason, the media doesn’t seem to be impressed and has the Bulldogs pegged at the bottom of the SEC West.  Most of that analysis is based on returning starters and the overall quality of teams in the SEC West. But, what if the Bulldogs had the Buckeyes 2015 schedule and played in the Big Ten East?  How would the perception change for the Bulldogs in 2015 and how would the do?  Let’s take a look and see what might happen if the Bulldogs took the place of THE Ohio State Buckeyes in the B1G East. The Bulldogs have outrecruited every team on the Buckeyes schedule and win the battle at quarterback every week.  Let’s take a look.
