Ohio State defense making scoring a habit

Darron Lee scored a touchdown for Ohio State in week three. Matthew Emmons / USA Today Sports Sep 29, 2015 at 5:51p ET While Ohio State’s offense has faced lots of questions about its ability to score (at least up to expectations) early this season, that has not been an issue for the Buckeye defense.  Defensive lineman Adolphus Washington’s 20-yard interception return for a touchdown last week against Western Michigan gave the Buckeye defense a score for the third straight game.  A week earlier, it was linebacker Darron Lee, who returned an interception 41 yards for what turned out to be the winning touchdown against Northern Illinois on Sept. 19.  The first Buckeye defender to find the end zone was safety Vonn Bell, who scooped up a fumble and returned it 14 yards for a score Sept. 12 against Hawaii.  View Comments Hide Comments Send feedback on ournew story page Ohio State defense making scoring a habit UP NEXT : Send feedback on ournew story page
