The No. 1 Ohio State Buckeyes (7–0) will play on the road against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights (3–3) on Saturday in a Big Ten Conference matchup at High Point Solutions Stadium. The Buckeyes are coming off a 38–10 win against Penn State, in which quarterbacks J.T. Barrett and Cardale Jones shared the signal-calling duties. Barrett finished with 11 carries for 102 yards on the ground, with two touchdowns rushing and two more passing, while Jones went 9-for-15 with 84 yards passing. Running back Ezekiel Elliott had another stellar game for the Buckeyes with 153 yards rushing and a touchdown. Last week, Rutgers defeated Indiana 55–52 in thrilling fashion. The Scarlet Knights erased a 25-point deficit in the third quarter to seal the victory behind Chris Laviano’s 386 yards passing and three touchdowns to wide receiver Leonte Carroo.
