Michigan State Football: Penn State predictions

The Big Ten East championship is on the line for the Michigan State football team this week as Penn State comes to town for Senior Day. Before we get to the predictions for this week, here is last week’s winner based on our Ohio State predictions. Michigan State beat the Buckeyes 17-14 to jump in the driver’s seat for the division. K’ylon Haugabook wins for the second straight week as he predicted a score of 24-20 in favor of Mark Dantonio’s bunch. With that out of the way, let’s take a look at this weekend’s predictions. Chris Zorbas: The game won’t be as close as the score suggests, as the front seven dominates a weak Penn St. offensive line. I also don’t see Hackenberg having much success against a hot MSU secondary. Whether Connor Cook plays or not, the offense can take advantage of good field position forced by a stifling defense. MSU sends their seniors out by clinching a berth in the Big Ten Championship Game. MSU 21, Penn State 7. Nick Tuori: The Spartans are coming off a huge win and are one win away from their 5th 11 win season in 6 years.
