Ohio State picked up a verbal commitment Monday from Binjimen Victor, a four-star wide receiver from Coconut Creek, Fla. Victor picked Ohio State from a list of finalists that also included Tennessee and West Virginia. He made an official visit to Tennessee over the weekend after going to Ohio State and West Virginia last fall. Assuming he signs in February, the 6-4 receiver will join a talented but mostly unproven group of receivers at Ohio State. Leading receivers Michael Thomas and Jalin Marshall both opted to go pro early, leaving town along with senior quarterback-turned-receiver Braxton Miller after a fall in which the Ohio State passing game was not as effective as it was during the 2014 national championship run. Ohio State could have as many as 13 receivers on campus this fall who were four-star recruits, including Victor and fellow four-star true freshman Austin Mack, who enrolled in classes earlier this month. The receiving corps will be very young, however, with three redshirt freshmen, four sophomores, two juniors and one or two seniors. Dontre Wilson is set to return for his senior year after his 2015 season was marred by injury. Ohio State is also hoping to get another year for senior Corey Smith, who missed most of the 2015 season with a broken leg. Smith get a medical redshirt, but that is still pending with the NCAA. The final total of receivers also depends on exactly what role the coaching staff carves out for junior Curtis Samuel, who can also play running back, and redshirt freshman Torrance Gibson, who was recruited as a quarterback
