Jordan Fuller of Old Tappan signs to play football at Ohio State on National Signing Day

OLD TAPPAN — The reigning NJ.com Player of the Year has found his college football home. Two days after announcing via Twitter that he was committing to play for Ohio State University, four-star athlete Jordan Fuller of Old Tappan made it official and sent his National Letter of Intent to Columbus, Oh. to officially become a Buckeye and the school held a signing ceremony to mark the occasion on Wednesday. “The whole process was really tough, but my family and all my teammates and all my supporting cast really just helped me throughout the process,” Fuller said. “Being a Buckeye means the world to me, I’m so excited.” Ranked No. 2 in the NJ.com 50, he spent time at wide receiver and quarterback for the Golden Knights, amassing 1,665 yards from scrimmage. That included catching 22 passes for 773 yards and five touchdown, rushing for 747 yards and 10 touchdowns while also throwing three touchdowns. With Fuller leading the way, Old Tappan finished No. 5 in the NJ.com Top 20 after topping Wayne Hills to win the North Jersey, Section 1, Group 4 title.
