Ohio State basketball can still make postseason

The young and mostly inexperienced Buckeyes have been able to stay afloat in the rugged Big Ten. With the regular season starting to wind down, it’ll take a strong finish for Ohio State to make the postseason. The biggest factor that could keep Ohio State out of postseason play is its lack of quality wins. The Buckeyes got their best wins of the season back in December against Kentucky and earlier this week against rival Michigan. Although Kentucky is currently the No. 14 team in the country, Michigan isn’t even in the top 50 for RPI. That pair of good wins is outweighed by a few bad losses. Ohio State went on a four-game losing streak early in the season that included home losses to Texas-Arlington and Lousisiana Tech.
