HANNIBAL, Ohio – River’s Jensen Caretti received two major honors this week for her performance on the basketball court this season, being named Ohio’s Ms. Basketball and the Gatorade State Basketball Player of the Year for 2016. The future Ohio State Buckeye averaged 25 points, 11 rebounds and 3 assists per game for the Pilots, on the way to the Division IV District Semifinals during the 2015-2016 season. Caretti is the first East District player to earn the Ms. Basketball title.
