Ohio State’s Noah Brown ready to start generating new buzz

3:00 PM ET COLUMBUS, Ohio — Another breakout camp will have to wait. But Noah Brown is laying the foundation for the next one now, hoping he’ll be able to actually follow it up by exploding on the scene when it really matters. Hands down the most hyped player during Ohio State’s fall workouts last year until a fractured leg during an August practice knocked him out for the season, Brown isn’t yet back turning heads and burning defensive backs as he continues his rehabilitation. But as he starts building up to full-speed sprints, absorbs hours of extra film to play a role as an extra coach this spring or even when he sneaks in a few routes like he did for the first time on Thursday morning, Brown is once again generating some buzz for the Buckeyes. And as much as they missed him last year after making plans to feature him in the passing attack, Ohio State might need him to live up to that outsized potential even more this season once he finally gets healthy again.
