Friday Night Lights for another elite prospect, first OSU visit

In late May Ohio State offensive coordinator and tight ends coach Ed Warinner was in New York and one of his stops was to see Lindenhurst (N.Y.) 2018 tight end Jeremy Ruckert. It didn’t take long for Ruckert to receive a scholarship offer from the Buckeyes. Approximately two months later Ruckert will make his first visit to Ohio State. Ruckert told Bucknuts.com he will attend Friday Night Lights the weekend of July 22. “Yes, (with) my mom, dad and little brother,” Ruckert said. What’s next for the Buckeyes? In addition to Ohio State Ruckert has a growing list of offers that also includes Alabama, Florida State, Florida, Michigan, Penn State, Pitt, Rutgers, Boston College and Mississippi State.
