NORMAN — Steven Parker attended Oklahoma for just this opportunity. On Saturday, the junior safety will join teammates and line up against mighty Ohio State in one of this college football season’s most anticipated games. “This is definitely a game I came here for,” said Parker, a Jenks High School graduate. “Just being an in-state guy, (this is) something that I’ve dreamed about my whole life.” Oklahoma’s defense will be tested by the No. 3 Buckeyes, who have trampled through Bowling Green (77-10) and Tulsa (48-3). Oklahoma’s defensive staff received a blueprint in a 33-23 season-opening loss to Houston. Ohio State uses many of the same concepts as the Cougars, who are guided by Houston head coach and former Buckeyes offensive coordinator Tom Herman.
