The Big Ten has four of the top 10 teams in the season’s first College Football Playoff ranking. Two of those play Saturday night, when No. 10 Nebraska visits No. 6 Ohio State in a primetime game in Columbus. The Huskers and Buckeyes both control their own Big Ten destiny. Despite a loss to Wisconsin last week, the Huskers are still the only West division team with just one league loss. The Buckeyes have the same total, and if they don’t lose before Nov. 26, their game that day against Michigan will decide the East. But a Huskers loss here would throw the West into chaos, with potentially several teams tied with two league losses. And a Buckeyes loss would almost certainly leave Michigan two games clear, giving the Wolverines a chance to lock up the East before they visit the Horseshoe at the end of the month.
