Ohio State remains No. 2 in the latest College Football Playoff rankings

COLUMBUS, Ohio — It’s still unclear whether Ohio State will be in the final four in the College Football Playoff rankings at the end of the season, even if it beats Michigan on Saturday.  But there was no doubt the Buckeyes were going to be in the top four when the latest rankings were released on Tuesday night. And they were.  Ohio State remained in the No. 2 spot in the latest playoff rankings, behind No. 1 Alabama and in front of No. 3 Michigan and No. 4 Clemson. There were four Big Ten teams in the top seven of the rankings this week.  Though Ohio State is in seemingly good position to make the playoff, there is still some question as to whether it will.
