Jeffrey Okudah, considered the No. 1 safety prospect in the nation by Rivals, committed to the Ohio State 2017 recruiting class Saturday during the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.Okudah, from South Grand Prairie, Texas, became the sixth five-star recruit in a class that now numbers 18. It went into the day ranked No. 3 nationally by Rivals behind Alabama (26 members) and Georgia (23).
