COLUMBUS, Ohio — Under different circumstances, J.T. Barrett could probably breeze through Ohio State’s spring drills by throwing a couple footballs, holding a couple clipboards and making sure he’s healthy coming out of the spring game. That’s the life most returning starters entering their fifth season would live. And under those circumstances, the Buckeyes could focus more attention on the future battle to replace Barrett in 2018 among Joe Burrow, Dwayne Haskins and Tate Martell.
