After struggling to find a role and sitting behind other players over his first two years, Samuel embraced the moniker as OSU’s top playmaker in 2016. In an offense that appeared stuck in the mud at points late in the year, Samuel was almost always available to make a big play. Samuel was the epitome of what Urban Meyer wants in the H-Back role, doing a little bit of everything.
