4-Star Dayton Dunbar Running Back Tavion Thomas Watches Ohio State Practice

When the Ohio State football team took the field for spring practice No. 6 on Tuesday morning, there was a key visitor from the 2018 recruiting class on hand. Dayton Dunbar four-star running back Tavion Thomas, who has seen his recruitment blow up in recent weeks, was at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center to watch the Buckeyes practice. For much of the session open to media, Thomas was glued at the hip to head coach Urban Meyer and director of player personnel Mark Pantoni. Meyer and Thomas were often in conversation, and the coach was seen directing Thomas while the duo watched certain running back drills. Thomas (6-2, 225) was recently elevated to four-star status after impressing in camp action and seeing his offer list blow up. Thomas has options throughout the nation, but he’s highest on Alabama, Ohio State, USC and Wisconsin. http://www.scout.com/player/212872-tavion-thomas
