COLUMBUS, Ohio — To establish the absurdity that is Ohio State’s deepest position group in 2017, let’s play a game called “how good is the Buckeyes defensive line?” How good is the Buckeyes defensive line? There simply aren’t enough spots in Ohio State’s lineup to go around. After spending the last two seasons utilizing a “rushmen” package in which the Buckeyes simultaneously deployed four defensive ends, Ohio State defensive line coach Larry Johnson has decided that four spots are no longer enough.
