COLUMBUS, Ohio — Wyatt Davis and Josh Myers are prized offensive line recruits, the best Urban Meyer has signed since coming to Ohio State, and he nabbed them both in the same class. That’s a dream scenario. And if Meyer has his way, neither is going to start next season. If one of either Davis or Myers starts, then Ohio State still has a problem. “True freshmen should not play here (on the offensive line),” Meyer reiterated this week. “That’s because there were some misses in there.” It’s easier to work in some true freshmen at skill positions, or basically anywhere that allows for some rotation.
