4-Star Safety Prospect Josh Proctor Commits to Ohio State

He’s also the No. 6 safety in the midland region. Last August, the Tulsa World’s Christian Favalora called Proctor and Owasso High School teammate Wayne Jones the best safety combination in the state of Oklahoma. Jones is a 3-star recruit in the class of 2018.  Listed at 6’2″ and 185 pounds, Proctor is a great athlete for his position.
