This is the best finish the men’s side has had in pursuit of the cup, with their previous best being third place. Ohio State’s men’s volleyball team brought home the lone team championship for the season; however, seven other programs contributed points to the Buckeyes’ 111-point total in the Capital One Cup standings. If a team finished within the top 10 of their respective league at the end of the season, they picked up points for the cup.
