The three-star cornerback is the No. 19 recruit in Pennsylvania and the No. 587 recruit overall in the 2018 class, according to the 247sports composite. Hooker picked Ohio State instead of Cincinnati, Pitt, Rutgers and West Virginia. The New Castle (Pa.) cornerback is one of just two three-star recruits in the Buckeyes’ 2018 class.
