COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football opens the 2017 season on Aug. 31 at Indiana. We’re counting down the top 50 Buckeyes for this season, taking into account talent, past accomplishments, team need and potential. No. 22: Binjimen Victor, Sophomore, Receiver Height, weight: 6-foot-4 , 195 pounds. Hometown: Pompano Beach, Fla. Where he was ranked entering last season: We ranked nine receivers in our preseason top 50 last year and Victor, as a true freshman, wasn’t one of them. What he’s done: Victor played five games last season, catching four passes for 64 yards. As the receivers struggled to make plays, his name was floated as an alternative, but it never really materialized. He improved during bowl practice and earned more time in the Fiesta Bowl, catching one pass for 21 yards.
