Ohio State Defensive Line vs. Oklahoma Offensive Line Will Be "Battle of Strength on Strength"


Ohio State has one of the best defensive lines in college football, while Oklahoma has one of the best offensive lines in college football. Those two units will go toe-to-toe on Saturday when the No. 2 Buckeyes play the No. 5 Sooners at Ohio Stadium. Entering the 2017 season, Ohio State’s defensive line was ranked as the second-best defensive line in college football (behind only Clemson) by multiple media outlets, including Phil Steele and Athlon Sports. Phil Steele and Athlon both ranked Oklahoma’s offensive line as the No. 1 offensive line in college football entering the 2017 season. Both units had strong showings in their first games of the season.
