Did Ohio State get robbed of a College Football Playoff spot?

Selection Sunday has come and gone, and Ohio State has the dubious distinction of being the first team out of the playoff picture. Many argue that winning the Big 10 Championship should have assured the team a chance to play for a national championship. Still, the Buckeyes’ earlier blowout losses to Iowa and Oklahoma were arguably too much to overcome. What do you think?  PERSPECTIVES Apparently, conference championships mean nothing to the College Football Playoff selection committee. Ohio State only lost two games all season with a tougher strength of schedule than Alabama, won the Big 10 title and still didn’t make it into the CFP.  Alabama didn’t even play in its conference title game, played one less conference game and had weaker opponents than Ohio State, but because it has “Crimson Tide” attached to its name, it has the chance to play for the national championship.
