Ohio State to add Washington State DC Alex Grinch to staff, reports say

Ohio State will hire Washington State defensive coordinator Alex Grinch to be co-coordinator with Greg Schiano as the Buckeyes’ 10th assistant coach when the position becomes officially available Wednesday under new NCAA rules, according to multiple reports. Buckeyes coach Urban Meyer had said before Ohio State’s win over USC in the Cotton Bowl that  “there’s been some conversation” about adding Grinch to his staff, “but nothing has been finalized.” Now, apparently it has.
