Johnnie Dixon staying at Ohio State for redshirt senior season: Buckeyes football news

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Wide receiver Johnnie Dixon announced on Thursday that he is staying at Ohio State for his redshirt senior season. Dixon III (@YoungKing_JD5) January 12, 2018 He joins H-back Parris Campbell and defensive tackle Dre’Mont Jones as players who said on Thursday that they are staying in school. Dixon also posted a video similar to Campbell’s, which says “1 more” at the end. He has battled injury problems throughout his career, but was healthy in 2017. He made the most of his season last year, catching 18 passes for 422 yards and a team-high eight touchdowns. Dixon’s return means that the Buckeyes have four of their top six receivers coming back for 2018. K.J. Hill and Terry McLaurin are the two wide receivers who have yet to make decisions.
