While the site may be best-known for the 247Sports composite rankings, which combine evaluations from other networks, the Top247 is based on evaluations only from the experts and analysts employed by 247Sports. Seventeen commits from Ohio State’s 2018 recruiting class made the Top247, but 13 of those commits dropped in the rankings, including defensive tackle Taron Vincent and wide receiver Kamryn Babb, who lost their fifth stars.
