COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State defensive end Nick Bosa underwent surgery for a core muscle injury this week, Urban Meyer announced on Thursday. Meyer said the Buckeyes hope to have Bosa back soon, but there is no timetable for his return. Bosa will not play on Saturday against Tulane. He suffered what Meyer called a abdominal/groin injury on the third play of the second half last week against TCU and did not return. “We hope to get him back as soon as possible.
