Back in early August, defensive tackle and 2019 football recruit Cavon Butler announced his commitment to the Kentucky Wildcats. Butler, who isn’t ranked by ESPN, is a three-star recruit out of Ohio. 247 Sports has Butler as the 40th-ranked player in Ohio and the 57th-ranked defensive tackle in the country while being ranked the 859th-ranked player in the nation. While Butler is currently committed to the Wildcats for next fall, don’t hold your breath on him wearing UK blue next season just yet. With the latest offer for Butler coming from the top school in his state (and one of the top schools in the country), Ohio State University, recruiting experts on 247 Sports have him flipping to the Buckeyes.
