COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State’s running back plan for the 2019 recruiting class changed earlier this week when Sampson James decided to flip from the Buckeyes to Indiana. So OSU needs new targets as it tries to find someone to pair with Steele Chambers in a two-back class.
