When player compensation scandals drove him from the job, the Buckeyes secured Urban Meyer, who immediately went 12-0 in his first season, never lost to Michigan, and led the program to a national championship in year three. In this century the Buckeyes have gone 188-31 with a 16-2 mark against the Wolverines. They’ve won at least shares of nine Big Ten titles and participated in the national title game four times, winning twice.
