Tim Ryan (D-Ohio) and Derek Kilmer (D-Wash.) announced Monday that they have made a “friendly wager” on next month’s Rose Bowl Game between The Ohio State University and the University of Washington football teams. If Ohio State wins, Kilmer will give Ryan candy apples, Almond Roca and smoked salmon. If Washington wins, Ryan will give Kilmer chocolates and gourmet popcorn.Washington and Ohio State will meet in the Rose Bowl Game on Jan. 1. The game traditionally features the winners of the Pac-12 and Big Ten conferences.
