Offensive lineman Jakai Moore from Nokesville (Va.) Patriot had two dozen plus scholarship offers including Ohio State, Penn State, South Carolina, Virginia Tech, Virginia, Florida State, USC, North Carolina, Miami, Louisville, Boston College, West Virginia and Maryland. In late March Moore made a visit to Ohio State with his head coach and former central-Ohio high school teacher Brud Bicknell. It was a visit Moore loved. “Yes, for sure, I’m definitely looking at Ohio State,” Moore told Bucknuts at the time. “I talk to coach (Greg) Stud(rawa), coach (Urban) Meyer, and coach (Larry) Johnson weekly. I’m definitely interested in taking an official visit to Ohio State. I’m definitely looking at Penn State.” However, on Monday afternoon Moore announced he is headed to South Carolina.
